The short version
Doomhawk doesn't collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game makes no connections to any server.
What stays on your device
Your progress, best times, death counts, feathers collected, best-run ghosts and settings are saved only on your device. None of it is sent to me or anyone else. Deleting the game deletes it.
The game also keeps a playtest log of where you died and how far you got. It stays on your device too. It leaves only if you tap Playtest data in Settings and then choose where to send it from Apple's share sheet.
Sharing and the clipboard
When you share a best run, the run's code goes only where you send it, using Apple's share sheet. I don't receive a copy. If you choose to race a shared run, the game reads the clipboard at that moment, only to look for a run code. It doesn't read the clipboard at any other time, and it keeps nothing from it.
Game controllers
If you connect a controller, the game reads its buttons and stick to play. It doesn't store or send anything about it.
Apple's analytics
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give me aggregated, anonymous statistics such as downloads, sessions and crashes. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements › Share With App Developers.
Children
Doomhawk collects no information from anyone, children included.
Changes
If the game ever starts collecting any information, this policy will be updated before that happens, and the change will be noted here.
