Fantastico is a Roblox take on Fascination, the carnival game where you roll a ball at a board of holes and light up lines on a scoreboard. It's built in an old-fashioned parlor, styled in oxblood, navy, cream and brass, with bulb-lit signs and lettering to match.
How it plays
You take a seat at a table, aim and release a ball, and the ball runs up the lane and drops into a hole. Each hole has its own lamp on the board, so the whole room can see what you've hit. A round counts down, rolls with "ROLL!", and ends with a winner, a game over or a jackpot. There is a Coverall mode as well as the standard line game, a practice line for warming up, and a "one away" alert when a table is a single hole from winning.
The parlor
- Tables line the side walls, with other players and seated characters at stools alongside you.
- Mystic Marvo tells fortunes from his booth, in a small speech plate above his head.
- Claw machines, a strength tester, a popcorn machine and a wheel fill out the floor. Some are modeled in Blender.
- Coupons are the currency, and a table that hits the jackpot is announced to the room.
Still in progress
Fantastico is being built and tested in Roblox Studio and has not been released. A redemption store, where coupons buy prizes and cosmetics, is the next feature planned.
